An expert talk on Students Sensitization for SSIP is organized on 19/1/18 morning at seminar hall, electrical department, SVMIT college, Bharuch. This sensitization is only for SVMIT students. Interested candidates have to register on the link given below.
An Expert Talk is arranged on "Building youth leadership through entrepreneurship & innovation" by Mr. Nitin Tailor & Prof. V.Y.Doshi in Room no.4111 - Electrical Seminar Hall at 11 am. All students are requested to attend it.

As CEO & Founder of Serve Happiness, Nitin oversees strategy and management for the company. Nitin has a proven record in academia, technology startups and social sector in Europe and INDIA.Nitin received a bachelor's in Computer Engineering from DDIT, Gujarat and attended IIIT Bangalore where he earned a M.Tech in Information Technology.He is also an Linnaeus Palme scholarship awardee during which he attended Malmo University, Sweden.Nitin is both an Startup Weekend and Startup 2020 alumni and his teams had been runners up and winners at these programs. Nitin is also certified for Technology Entrepreneurship by Stanford University's Venture Lab. Nitin Tailor has total 14 years of work exp 6 years in academia, 2 years in corporate, 7 years in non profit organizations. Nitin Tailor is also in advisory board body of different university incubation centers including Govt Eng College Chandkheda, ITM Universe Vadodara, Gujarat University and few others. Nitin has conducted lots of entrepreneurial programs across India and has also mentored many student startups.
In the past, Nitin was extended an invitation to become a founding member of World Happiness Consortium by the International Happiness Initiative (an initiative of the United Nations) along with attending a conference at the headquarters of the United Nations in New York on the eve of International Happiness Day. Nitin has been a recipient of Late N Ramarao Gold Medal award as well as the Entrepreneur Of The Year award given by IIIT Bangalore (in July 2014). Other accolades include being honored by Shree Lajpatray Verma award in 2014 for his contribution to the society. He also got honor to become first TEDx speaker from his region and also been key speaker in various renown national forum in India including NIT Conclave 2013 at NIT Surat, 2015 at NIT Jalandhar, AIESEC Social Youth Conclave Sura, AIESEC Youth Speak Forum Vadodara, Josh Talks Ahmedabad, SEEtalks at IIT Mumbai. Nitin has also got honor to become panelist in India's first Tribal Entrepreneurship Summit which was being held by Govt of India at Dantewada in Chhatisgarhg on 14th Nov 2017.
He always find happiness while working towards bringing positive change in society.Taking first step towards this He led and set up HMP Foundation (A Non Profit Organization) to improve health and education for poor people in rural areas. Nitin is very much involved to inspire youth and nation building activities. Nitin has decided to take youth on an inspirational journeys and inspire by connecting with role models who are working at the grass roots level in rural India and bringing positive change in the society. Inline with the same he started organizing Narmada Prerna Yatra, Sabarmati Prerna Yatra and Tapi Prerna Yatra in the different parts of Gujarat. So far more than 150 rural and urban youth from more than 15 states of India has participated in these yatras. Working on major sectors of education, health, sustainable livelihood, eco-tourism, agriculture and social enterprise, Nitin want to make his Prerna Yatras a national movement that encourages entrepreneurial plans and projects that take every unique chunk of the country forward in its own way.
