Please find attached circular of Practical center change due to of Hackathon event on 16/05/2018 and startup meet event 17/05/2018.
All BE Institutes are hereby informed that kindly inform all students who has participated in the Hackathon and going to attend Event on 16/05/2018 and wants to attend Startup Meet 2018 on 17/05/2018 that if there is any clash with GTU practical external exams with their institute schedule, these students can apply for practical exam center change with other institute schedule which is uploaded on GTU website.

Students will inform to institute regarding their preferable schedule after checking on GTU website on above
link. After that, institute will provide list of those students with preferred institute and date.
Institute will submit following documents:-
(1) Institute letter duly signed by institute principal with list of those students.
(2) Student applications with preferred schedule as below table.
